        Job Description

  1. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels professionally.

  2. Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers in English.

  3. Maintain good communication and customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

  4. Escalate complex issues to the related department when necessary.

  5. Record and update customer interactions and case details in the system accurately.

  6. Follow company policies, SOPs, and service standards in handling customers.

  7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.

  8. Achieve individual and team performance targets set by the company.


    Requirement

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.

  2. Must have advanced English communication skills, both spoken and written.

  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

  4. Able to handle customer complaints and problem-solving effectively in a professional manner.

  5. Proficient in operating computers and Microsoft Office applications.

  6. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.

  7. Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and public holidays.

  8. Having previous experience in customer service, call center, or related fields will be an advantage.
