Deskripsi pekerjaan Bakery & Cake Staff di PT. Erajaya Swasembada Tbk

Requirment - Min. education D3 with 10 years experience with related role / fungtion. - At least 3 years as a Junior Sous Chef or equivalent position in an International brand F&B / restaurant. - A dynamic and creative individual who brings a fast and variend experience in culinary arts, menu design and food promotions. - proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. - Knowledgeable in HACCP. - Good command in English, both Verbal and written. Responsible - Preparation and production of Cakes, pastries, bread and other items. - Develop new and innovative pastry recipes and designs, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients and customer feedback. - Train and guide Demi / cook / kitchen staff, ensuring the follow standard operationg procedures and health and safety requirements. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pastry / bakery kitchen, including inventaory management and qualty control. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure food safety in the Pastry / Bakery kitchen
