Job Description :

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat in Japanese
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system
  • Follow up on customer cases to ensure full resolution
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Meet and maintain KPIs such as SLA, response time, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Adhere to company procedures, compliance standards, and quality guidelines

Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major
  • Must have advanced Mandarin communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Able to communicate professionally with Japanese customers and handle inquiries effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in operating computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and public holidays
  • Having experience in customer service, call center, or multilingual support roles will be an advantage.
