Customer Service Korean Speaker

                Job Description

  1. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints from Korean-speaking customers through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.

  2. Provide professional support and accurate information in Mandarin.

  3. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering responsive and high-quality service.

  4. Assist customers in resolving issues and escalate cases when required.

  5. Maintain accurate customer records and update case information in the system.

  6. Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution.

  7. Follow company SOPs, operational procedures, and service standards.

  8. Meet performance indicators and service quality targets established by the company.


                Requirement

      1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
      2. Must have advanced Korean communication skills, both spoken and written.
      3. Able to communicate professionally with Mandarin-speaking customers and handle inquiries effectively.
      4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
      5. Proficient in operating computers and Microsoft Office applications.6
      6. Able to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic working environment.7
      7. Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
      8. Having experience in customer service, call center, or multilingual support roles will be an advantage.
